Your shop, cafe, bar or restaurant will become most popular and profitable if you install our freezer in it. Our small size single-cylinder counter freezer will help you prepare a required amount of ice-cream for your visitors.
The consistency adjustment and automatic control device will permit you to compose any ice-cream from the raw ice-cream mix you have. The figure die will give a beautiful shape to the ice-cream served in tall wine glasses, bowls, wafer or paper cups.
Dry reconstituted or liquid standard mixtures are used as a raw mix.
Should any interval between sequential servings occur, the ice-cream standard condition will be maintained automatically.
If you choose "Freezer 30" you will get a highly productive machine capable of providing uninterrupted ice-cream supply even at increased demand.
In case your visitors would like to enjoy not only the ice-cream but the milk and fruit cocktails as well, "Freezer 15M" model is recommended. Two built-in mixers will enable you to vary the assortment of soft drinks served and to satisfy the taste of the most exacting gourmet.
No special training is required for preparation of delicious ice-cream your own. All you need is your fantasy and our freezer.
