10hkm- 40ct alkaline nickel-cadmium battery

alkaline battery

10HKM-40CT alkaline nickel-cadmium starter battery is designed for operation in car electric power supply equal with a lead-acid battery with capacity up to 55 A-h.

10HKM-40CT battery is developed on base of aircraft-type battery which showed a good performance in civil aviation and air force.

The battery consists of ten series connected nickel-cadmium secondary cells installed in a durable metallic container.

The container has an acidproof, alkaliproof, gasolineproof and motor oilproof coating. Each secondary cell is equiped with a plug.

The plug has a safety valve for removing a gas while on charge of a secondary cell.

Structurally the battery has no spillage in case of its turning over.

As to overall dimensions, locations and mounting seats the battery is interchangeable with the leadacid battery.

The 10HKAM-40CT battery has a long life. It can be completely discharged during its operation, it can be stored in its discharged state. So it does not need recharging during battery storage. You will forget your troubles to start an engine cold under low temperature winter conditions if you set up the 10HKM-40CT battery in your car.

Owing to stable voltage and slight self-discharge of the 10HKM-40CT battery it can be used in the emergency electric-power supply of medical installations, lighting systems, information systems as well as a traction battery in the electric-power supply of low-power direct-current motors (boat engines, servodrive systems ets.)
