MTI-350G MASS SPECTROMETER FOR URANIUM HEXAFLUORIDE

ISOTOPE ANALYSIS

isotope analysis

MTI-350G Mass Spectrometer (MS) is an application-specific system for uranium isotopic measurements in gaseous processing samples, and it is intended for nuclear fuel cycle plants with Automated Control System (ACS) of separation production.

Fully automated precise measurements of isotope composition are carried out in accordance with the requirements of national and international standards. This MS was designed jointly by experts of RF Academy of Science and Ministry of Atomic Energy, basing on the background of experience involving high quality analyses at one of the largest separation plant in the world.

Technical solutions combined in this MS may safely serve as a basis for making a model series of various mass spectrometers.

In order to provide high quality analytical properties of MS, there are following original assemblies and blocks:

The instrument is registered in the State register of instruments under 23457-02 number. Certificate RU.C.31.005.A №13014.
