On November, 15th in Mechanical-repair department the next competition of professional skill on a rank «the Best turner of the Company» has taken place. This competition is spent alternate years
The abilities in competition were tried by nine persons - representatives of the Central plant laboratory, Department of audit of cars, Mechanical-repair department, the Production plant of automobile catalysts and the Production plant of electrochemical converters of energy. At blanket competition of the operation it was estimated not only the practical task, but also a theoretical part. Winners of competition in December of this year will go on competitions of federal agency to the city of Zelenogorsk.
The honourable right of a raising of a flag of competition has been given the youngest participant - Solodovnikovu Il'e. After parting words of judges there has passed a toss-up of benches. To participants have given time for opening-up to familiarise with the drawing, to prepare tools, to test machine tool operating modes. Participants of competition and members of the commission were in gathering, tools - are ready. On hooter participants of competition have started task performance. From agitation of participants it was not visible, but the internal alarm for certain was present, nevertheless, it has not prevented them to cope with the task. Certainly, someone worked faster, and it was required to someone to more time, but competition frameworks have kept within all.
The competitive task is carried out by Alexey Gaev, Production plant of electrochemical converters of energy:
Upon termination of performance of the task work should surrender on check in a bureau of the technical control, and then the second stage of competition - delivery of a theoretical part followed. After that for participants the most difficult was behind and it was necessary to wait only for results, and here before judges there was an uneasy problem - to define best of the best. The first place in competition was occupied with the young perspective worker of Mechanical-repair department - Vladimir Ustinov. It has handed over the first the task and it has appeared the best. For Vladimir it is far not the first competition of skill. We hope, that on it its victories will not end. The second prize-winning places have awarded to the Novel the Sardine (the Central plant laboratory), and the third place was occupied with Alexander Kamarov from Mechanical-repair department.
We congratulate winners of competition! We wish to go confidently forward, not to stop on reached and adequately to show the skill at branch competition. And that who has not occupied prize-winning places, we wish not to be baffled and try the forces next time.
Opinions on competition of professional skill
Sergey Andreevich Danilov, the master mechanic of combine, the chairman of the competitive commission:
- For today there is a stable system on which this competition is held. Opening-up for it is very difficult business - preliminary work which it is not visible is spent is an opening-up of the documentation, premises, tools, benches a lot of etc.
Last years the age of participants of competition is unlimited, but, basically, it is youth. Our young workers very active, they always with the great pleasure respond to possibility of participation in similar competitions, but much depends on a management, after all undertakings it is important and it is necessary to bolster.
Sergey Alekseevich Sapozhnikov, the chief of Mechanical-repair department, the vice-president of jury of competition:
- Wishing to try the forces in this competition is always. Candidates on participation are declared, we force nobody. Earlier this competition was spent digit-by-digit. And today, according to position, we spend him among workers of the fifth-seventh categories though participation of turners 4 categories is not forbidden.
I hope, that the Mechanical-repair department will not strike the person in a dirt, and our representatives will occupy today prize-winning places.
Alexander Pavlovich Hrenov, the master of the Central plant laboratory, member of the competitive commission:
- For combine similar professional competitions are a propagation of a trade. The turner - it is not simple work which can be mastered, having heard to a course of lectures. In this trade it is required not only serious academic opening-up, but also practice. Personally I am assured, that if have learnt to work on the machine tool - can find of myself application in any area. Therefore always with the great pleasure I visit similar competitions, it is pleasant to look at professionals.
Vladimir Ustinov, Mechanical-repair department, the gold medallist of competitions:
- I participated in many competitions of a production plant, went and in other cities. Thanks to competitions has raised the category. As to this competition, the task which we carried out today, I can not name difficult - in daily work happens and it is more difficult. Certainly, I am very glad to the victory. All participants were strong, therefore, concerning a victory, there was a big intrigue, and it is always interesting.
I hope to show good result and in Zelenogorske at branch competition.
