According to the federal law About privatisation of the state and municipal property from 21.12.2001 № 178-FA (federal act); the federal law About features of management and the order property and actions of the organisations which are carrying out activity in the field of use of an atomic energy, and about modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation[ru] from 5.02.2007 № 13-FA (with changes from 1.12.2007); About conditions of privatisation of the federal state unitary enterprise Ural electrochemical combine from 4.08.2008 № 1225-r the federal state unitary enterprise Ural electrochemical combine is transformed on August 15th, 2008 by the order "Russian property" to open joint-stock company Ural electrochemical combine.
The open joint-stock company Ural electrochemical combine is the assignee of the federal state unitary enterprise Ural electrochemical combine under all obligations in full.
