- Konstantin whom you dreamt to become in the childhood[en]?
- The cook. I liked[en] to look, how mum prepares and tried to help it, but my culinary experiments came to an end with a failure is more often. Therefore the dream of the childhood and remained dream. Having matured, I have understood, that I wish to be engaged in the present man's business.
- And than you the trade of the electrical engineer has involved?
- The variety. In our job there are many subtleties. We cannot complain on monotony the work, after all two identical cases simply do not happen. And parents advised. Therefore the choice of the future speciality for me was not difficult.
- To study it was pleasant?
- Very much. I can not tell, that was simple, but special difficulties did not arise, because in Novouralsk professional lycee remarkable teachers work, they always helped.
- And first time at job with a hand electricity shivered?
- No. Even excitement was not. All has passed very well. The main thing in our job as it seems to me, is attentiveness and accuracy in observance of all safety rules. After all it is known, that the sapper and the electrical engineer are mistaken once.

- Tell, in practice in shop of the electric networks and substation it was difficult?
- It was a little terrible. Job in the shop, new collective, the big responsibility... All still to study is one, and here at to change knowledge in practice it has appeared more difficult. But I have quickly accustomed. For it it is necessary to tell thanks masters and children from a brigade which never refused to prompt something, all easy explained, therefore even at the beginning with special difficulties, fortunately, to face it was not necessary.
During practice I have resolved to be arranged on a permanent job in shop of networks and substations and is very glad, that this idea was embodied in a reality.
- Konstantin, from your point of view, the trade of the electrical engineer is popular among youth?
- It seems to me, that now in plans of the majority of young men to sit in offices at computers. Certainly, always it is necessary to aspire to something great, but it is necessary to understand, that at once all does not come, and transcendental dreams can and remain dreams. For advancement any start is necessary, it is necessary to show itself. I think, job of the electrical engineer can be excellent base for purpose achievement.

- You reflected on job change?
- When I will end institute I plan to test in something more extensive. But cardinally to change job and a field of activity I do not want. I think, that have found the calling. And the feeling of importance and necessity of my job stimulates to new accomplishments.
- Not a secret, that today from Novouralsk the big outflow of youth to Ekaterinburg. This city does not suit you?
- No. I consider, that the city for a life is Novouralsk. To Ekaterinburg with pleasure I go to have a good time, but to live there never wanted. Many say, that there there are more than possibilities. But I consider, that if you really wish to achieve the objective you will make it in any city.
- How you consider, young men of your trade have prospects on the future?
- Certainly, is. First of all advancement is connected with higher education reception. And if "tower" is not present, it is possible to raise the category. I have come on job with the third. Has worked only 7 months and has handed over on the fourth category. Now I am going to raise the level to the fifth.
Our management is interested in qualified personnel, therefore category increase is always welcomed and supported.
- Konstantin, what you can wish young men who plan to become electrical engineers?
- The main thing - not to be afraid, that hands did not shiver. The collective always will help and will put on a correct way.
