The digital micromanometer is designed for absolute or differential pressure measurement of uranium hexaftoride, volatile fluorine compounds as well as of other gases and vapours, chemically inert to БрБ 2 beryllium bronze, the reference space being evacuated.
Micromanometer used at up to 0,2 MPa absolute static pressure in the temperature range from +10 to +35 °C.
