Cheese Mass Processing Machine

The machine is intended for production of the processed cheese as well as of other products of pasty or semiliquid consistence like white cheese, cheese, various mixtures, baby nutrition, mayonnaise, half-finished products, etc., subjected to heat treatment.

The machine comprises a melter, steam conditioner, charger, power supply cabinet, evacuation device, vessel and kettle (hand cart transported).

The melter's kettle moves both in vertical and horizontal directions - from operating to loading position and back. Electric powered screw drive is used for the kettle and a planetary reduction motor for the blender. Automated charging of the kettle, treatment of the raw material at predetermined temperature, audible signaling of the product readiness, printing out of the process parameters on light-sensitive paper, interlocking system, which provides machine safe operation, are controlled by the control system.

The machine meets requirements placed in food industry process equipment.
